Wonderful little restaurant with wonderful food! There isn't much seating but it is supercosy and the ladies that were serving were so sweet and lovely. We could pay by card. We had the miso soup, chicken soup, the duck, mapo tofu, fried noodles and some beers - all of which was amazingly delicious. As some other reviewers have mentioned, the mapo tofu - one of my all time favourite dishes - was simply amazing, one of the best I've ever had. A complimentary shot of plum wine was served on arrival. Highly recommended!

We found this place a bit randomly, we were tempted by all the good reviews and now we understand why. The place has a very cozy vibe, the service is absolutely amazing, very attentive, kind and the food came fast. Well and the food itself was very good! And the portions were generous too. I would certainly recommend this place and would come back when in the area.

Great off the beat place, reasonable prices, complementary wine shot before ordering.
The food is quite oily though, be aware, and the dumpling starters take 25 minutes to cook.
Only took cash they day we were there, no cards, but they take euros.
Very kind staff.

We went there by chance, on our first day in Prague. And we’re pleasantly impressed by the quality and quantity of food, also the service as well as the price were excellent. We were so pleased with it that at the end of our journey, before we departed for the airport, we decided to have another meal here, even though we were not really hungry, we finished what we ordered, as they were really tasty! Thank you very much for your hospitality and we really enjoyed ourselves here!

Mon House is a cut above the average “Asian restaurant” you’ll find in Europe. Dishes carry true 'wok hei' - the smoky breath of the wok that comes only with high heat and expert handling. Highlights: braised aubergine with garlic and black beans (sticky, smoky, 9/10); French beans stir-fried with Chinese bacon and black beans (perfect timing, 9/10); fragrant duck slices with hoisin (outstanding, 9.5/10). The red curry duck was tasty but modulated to local tastes - I’d have liked more spice and a lighter hand on the cooking (7.5/10). Sizzling spicy chicken with vegetables was a solid 7/10. Execution overall? Amongst the best Chinese food I’ve had outside Asia.

Delicious! We took udon with shrimps and duck in a pot, and it was the best duck we tried in Prague. Also can recommend the fried ice cream dessert - it's unusual and very good! The service was incredibly friendly and pleasant. Be advised - the day we visited the payment was cash only, but they did accept euros.
